Wanda Gay Dick, of Liberty, passed away on October 15, 2025, at Fair Oaks Health and Rehab in Jamestown.
Born on May 2, 1948, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Hershel and Mattie Watson Sayers. Wanda enjoyed sewing, yard selling, thrifting, growing her own garden and canning her food, and cooking. She loved spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by daughters, Anita (Daniel) Burkett of Windsor, Amanda (Curtis) George of Russell Springs, Misty (and Devon) Anderson of Liberty, Christy (and Bronson) Poland of Russell Springs, and Brittany (Evan) Dailey of Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren, Joshua, Dakota, Ethan, Layla, Blake, Mason, Madilyn, and William; four great-grandchildren, Paxton, Layken, Cayce, and Raylan; a sister, Levonda Luttrell of Windsor; and a brother, Claude Sayers of Windsor.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Dick, who passed away on November 23, 2009; sisters, Olean Johnson and Patricia Mae Sayers; and brothers, Jessie Sayers, C.L. Sayers, Wayne Sayers, and Eugene Sayers.
There will be no services at this time. Cremation rites were honored.
