Suetta Lyn Salyers

Suetta Lyn Salyers, of Liberty, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was 58.

Suetta was born on November 3, 1967, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was a daughter of Norman Salyers and Patsy A. Stanley Salyers. Suetta enjoyed painting, sewing, crafting, woodworking, and tending to her flowers. She loved her grandbabies and helping with Girl Scouts. Suetta was a member of First Baptist Church of Yosemite.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three daughters, Hailey (and Bobby) Williams, Hilary (and Elliot Cannon) Thomas and Hannah (and Richard) Price, all of Liberty; two sisters, Luetta (and Wayne) Hamilton of Coeburn, Virginia, and Tina Salyers of Somerset; and six grandchildren, Lilly, Halenna, Gavin, Harper, Greyson, and Granger.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Brent Huggins officiating. Burial will be held privately.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
