Sue Wethington

Sue Wethington, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. She was 68.

Born on January 5, 1957, in Liberty, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Rebia Luttrell and the late Herbert Eads. Sue was a “professional Grandma” and her grandchildren were her world, though she loved everyone. Many people knew her as “Momma Sue.” She was always kind and will be remembered for paying it forward and caring for others in need. She loved all flowers but specifically her peonies and cactus. Sue worked for Tarter Wood Products for eighteen years and one month.

She is survived by her mother, Rebia Brockman of Windsor; two sons, Joel (and Brenda) Wethington II of Russell Springs and Lorne Luttrell of Windsor; two daughters, Dakota (and Avi) Salyers of Russell Springs and Gwen Davidson of Campbellsville; twenty grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; several godchildren, Amanda, Jamie, Shannon, Tasha, Jodi, and Chris; a brother, Allan (and Tammie) Brockman of Windsor; and a sister, Brenda Newton.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Treonna Yvette Wethington; and brothers, Herman Lee Eads, and infant twins, Donald and Ronald Luttrell; and her stepfather, Kermit Brockman.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Bowmer Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Lorne Luttrell, Joel Wethington, Michael Babinski, Matt Wethington, Allan Brockman, and Matthew Brockman.
