Sue Ann Goode

Sue Ann Goode, of Clementsville, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at her home. She was 77.

Born March 23, 1947, in Marion County, KY, she was a daughter of the late James Covious “Cobe” Goode and Evelyn Edith Wethington Goode. Sue was a retired Art Intructor and Kindergarten teacher for many years. She was a faithful member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church, where she was head of religious education. Sue loved reading, caretaking, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her brothers, Jim (Brenda) Goode of Campbellsville and David (Jennifer) Goode of Russell Springs; sisters, Betty Wethington and Patty (John) Clements, both of Clementsville; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Eileen Summers and Kathy Goode; niece, Marcia Ohnemus; and great-nephew, Zach Summers.

Funeral mass will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at St. Bernard Catholic Church with Father Thomas Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Bernard Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5-8PM on Monday, September 2, 2024, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with prayer service beginning at 7:00PM.
