Steven "Stevie" Rodgers

Steven “Stevie” Rodgers, of Liberty, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Danville, KY. He was 47.

Born March 26, 1979, in Casey County, KY, he was the son of Noel Rodgers and the late Wanda Sue Luttrell Rodgers. Stevie enjoyed working with his farm animals. He also loved to eat, never missing a good meal.

Survivors include his sister, Cathy (and PJ) Sherrell of Liberty; brothers, Ricky (and Patricia) Rodgers and Dean (and Martha) Rodgers, both of Liberty; and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be at 11:00AM Saturday, May 2, 2026, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Leslie Bentley officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Contown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Sherrell, Bradley Sherrell, Jason Sherrell, Victor Luttrell, Robert Luttrell and Shane Rodgers.
