Ruby Dean Lee

Ruby Dean Lee, of Liberty, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, at Stanford Crossing in Stanford, KY.  She was 80.

She was born in Casey County on December 26, 1945, to the late Grover and Mary Ellis Pelley.  She was a former employee at the dime store in Liberty.  Ruby loved shopping, going to yard sales and loved to listen to Elvis.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Shelton Lee; and a brother, Eugene Pelley.

Ruby is survived by her son, Justin Lee and his wife, Amanda; and five grandchildren, Zach, Zane, Jasper, Rylan and Kaden.

All services will be private.  Burial will take place at Salem Cemetery.
