Roger Dale Lawhorn

Roger Dale Lawhorn, of Dunnville, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.  He was 72.

He was born May 31, 1952, in Casey County, KY to the late George and Bobbie Lawhorn.  Roger was a retired truck driver with Tarter Industries.

Roger is survived by his sister, Glenda Caudill (and Keith); one brother, Donnie Lawhorn (and June); one sister-in-law, Vickie Lawhorn; his nephews, Todd Lawhorn, Timmie Lawhorn, James Lawhorn, Michael Lawhorn and Brian Caudill; his nieces, Judy Lee, Veronica Sengkhamyong and Andrea Owens; a host of great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends also survive.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Herman Lawhorn and Jimmie Lawhorn; one sister-in-law, Carol Lawhorn; a nephew, Bruce Lawhorn; a niece, Patricia Lawhorn; a great nephew, Cody Lawhorn; and a special uncle, Cleo Lawhorn.

Cremation rites have been honored for Roger. There will be a graveside service at South Fork Cemetery at a later date.
