Ricky Otis Luttrell

Ricky Luttrell, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the UK Hospital in Lexington. He was 63.

Born June 10, 1961, in Casey County, KY, he was a son of the late Otis C. and Anna Frances Eads Luttrell. Ricky was a gate welder. He loved the outdoors, hunting, gardening, ginseng hunting, and raising chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Ricky was a Christian and loved listening to music.

Survivors include his brothers, Jackie and Andy Luttrell; companion, Kaeron Spurlin; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joe Luttrell.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Friday, December 6, 2024, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowmer Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 on Friday at the funeral home.
