Rebia B. Brockman, of Windsor, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Casey County Hospital. She was 89.
Born October 24, 1936, in Casey County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Oliver Taft Luttrell and Sarah Emma Baldock Luttrell. Rebia was a member of the Cedar Springs Baptist Church. She formerly cleaned houses and worked for Watson Gate Company. Rebia was the matriarch of her family, always keeping everyone together. She helped her late husband work on the family farm.
Survivors include her son, Allan Brockman (and Tammie) of Windsor; daughter, Aaron Babinski (and Michael) of Russell Springs; brother, Shinie Luttrell (and Geneva) of Windsor; grandchildren, Joey, Angie, Gwen, Joel, Matt, Anita, Lorne, and Dakota; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren also survive.
Rebia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kermit Junior Brockman; sons, Herman Lee Eads and twins, Ronald and Donald Luttrell; daughter, Sue Wethington: brothers, Dayton and Neal Luttrell; sisters, Retha Mae Eads, Redia Crew, Loretta Luttrell, and Lois Gore; grandson, Kevin Eads; and granddaughter, Treonna Yvette Wethington.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, January 30, 2026, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Birdie Russell Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday after 11:00AM at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Allan Brockman, Lorne Luttrell, Matt and Douglas Brockman, and Joe and Matt Wethington.
