Phillip Bolt, age 57 of Shepherdsville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 28, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was a Baptist by faith and a member of First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville. He was born in Casey County, Kentucky on March 5, 1963 to Nathen and Charlotte Bolt. He had appreciation for nature and enjoyed caring for animals; chickens, geese and especially his dog.
He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, April and sister, Debbie Lawson. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Nathen and Charlotte Bolt; his wife of 20 years, Tonya Bolt; his children, Crystal Humphrey (Fred), Eva Watson (David), Kevin Bolt (Michaelle) and Marcie Oller; his siblings, Norma Bolt and Glen Bolt (Sharon); his mother-in-law, Betty Oller; 18 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of church family and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 12 pm at First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville, 254 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville. Graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 1 pm at Cold Springs Cemetery, W. Hwy 70, Liberty, Kentucky, 42539. Friends may pay their respects on Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 9 am until 12 pm at First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville.
