Pamela Sue Truitt

Pamela Sue Truitt, of Beattyville, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Lee County Care and Rehab. She was 48.

Born on June 19, 1977, in Lexington, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Arvilla Alice Smith and the late Thomas Malcolm Ripley.

She is survived by two sons, Joshua (and Allyson) Truitt-Allen and Joseph Truitt-Allen, both of Liberty; a daughter, Jessica Hamilton of Cape Coral, Florida; two grandchildren, Charlotte O’Kelly and Evelyn Truitt-Allen; her brothers, Dee (and Tena) Ripley and Darren Ripley; and her sister, Darcy (and Grant) Frame.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Ripley, Jr.

The graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Chapel in the Woods Cemetery with Bro. Roger Allen officiating.
