Michael Ray Harmon, of Liberty, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at home. He was 54.
Born on July 31, 1971, in Casey County, Kentucky, he was a son of Charles Harmon and the late Barbara Walley Harmon.
Michael enjoyed watching football and wrestling, good talks with his Dad, and listening to Ozzy Osbourne’s music.
In addition to his father, Charles Harmon of Liberty, he is survived by three daughters, Michelle (and Ryan) Atwood of Hustonville, Ashley (and Michael) Moneypenny of West Virginia, and Cassie (and Ethan) Pendleton of Liberty; a brother, Elmer (and Tammy) Harmon of Ottenheim; a sister, Barbara Wheeler of Liberty; five grandchildren, Ryan Parker Atwood, Alexis Atwood, Zoe Moneypenny, Eli Moneypenny, and Finley Pendleton; two great-grandchildren, Nova and Samara; and his former wife, Clarissa Harmon of Liberty.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Don Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery.
