Madison Reid Stephens

Madison Reid Stephens, of Dunnville, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022, at her home.  She was 23 years old.

Madison was born March 11, 1999, in Danville, daughter of Chris Stephens and Angie Wilson Stephens.  She was “all about basketball” in her childhood and teenage years and she loved listening to music.  Madison had enjoyed life and motherhood in her newly found sobriety.

She is survived by her daughter, Kennedi Stephens, of Dunnville; her mother, Angie Stephens, of Dunnville; her maternal grandmother, Shelia Neat Wilson, of Dunnville; her paternal grandmother, Elaine Rowlett, of Somerset; her brother, Corey (and Jessica) Dial, of Dunnville; her nieces, Kensley Dial and Lylah Dial, both of Dunnville; her uncle, Travis Stephens, of Liberty; and her cousins, Summer Stephens-Pittman, Hayden Stephens and Blaine Stephens.

Madison is preceded in death by her father, Chris Stephens; her maternal grandfather, Ronald Dale Wilson; her paternal grandfather, Gary Paul Stephens; her maternal great-grandparents, Rollin and Margarete Neat; and her paternal great-grandmother, Cynthia Wethington.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in Wilson Cemetery, with Bro. Derick Terry officiating.  Pallbearers will be Corey Dial, Randy Dial, Travis Stephens, Brian Watson, Jimmy Couch and Chris Cochran.
