Kathryn H. (Atwood) Foster

Kathryn H. Foster, of Rushville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at her home. She was 93.

Born on December 12, 1926, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Kate Brown Atwood. Kathryn was a caregiver and worked in a sewing factory. She enjoyed singing, quilting, and playing guitar. She loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Foster of Rushville, Indiana; a son, Michael (Cindy) Foster of Lockland, Ohio; six grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Damron; and eleven siblings.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at Glenwood Cemetery in Liberty, Kentucky, with Bro. Jimmy Brown officiating.

Pallbearers will be her children and grandchildren.
