Jerome Lee Raney

Jerome Lee Raney, of Liberty, passed away on March 19, 2021, at the Bowling Green Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. He was 64.

Born November 3, 1956, in Liberty, KY, he was a son of Macie Viletta Hendricks Raney and the late Tyrone Raney. Jerome worked 47 years at American Greetings. He enjoyed attending equipment auctions and trading Chevrolet trucks.

He is survived by his mother, Macie Hendricks Raney of Liberty; a brother, Gary (Brenda) Raney of Lancaster; a sister, Elizabeth (Don) Rudder of Liberty; a nephew, Alex Dewane of Liberty; and one great nephew, Liam Dewane.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Maupin and Bro. Larry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in the Willow Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12 Noon until 2:00PM on Tuesday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Facial coverings are required and social distancing must be observed.
