Jeffrey Lee Cain, of Liberty, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Casey County Hospital. He was 58.
Born on March 1, 1965, in Columbia, he was a son of Inez Vannoy Cain and the late Russell Glen Cain. Jeff was a self-contractor and a very hard worker. He believed in God and was strong in his faith. He was an avid UK fan and loved the outdoors. He will be remembered as a great father and overall, a great person.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Jordan Cain and Tyler Cain; five daughters, Erica (Josh) Robbins, Kristyna Cain, Kara (Tommy) Allen, Whitney Sims, and Rachel (Robby) Denney; two brothers; Alan (Sheila) Cain and Larry Cain; a sister, Cyndi (Mitchell) Adams; 14 grandchildren; and the mothers of his children, Tina Harmon and Lisa Garrett.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Price & Bro. Kenny Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in Cold Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, May 26, 2023, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Barry Harrison, Jacob Scott, Mitchell Adams, Josh Robbins, Joey Conlin, and Tommy Allen.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist the family in offsetting funeral expenses.
