Jason Wayne Bryant

Jason Bryant, of Liberty, passed away February 17, 2025, at his home.  He was 53.

He was born June 5, 1971, in Columbia, KY to the late E.P. and Mary Stargle Bryant.

Jason was a former truck driver with Tarter Industries, Royce Campbell and Russell County Feed. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Wilson Bryant, whom he wed on September 4, 1999; his sons, Dustin Ballenger (and Makayla) of Russell County, Morgan Bryant (and Chelsea) of Liberty and Samuel Bryant of Liberty; two grandchildren, Remi and Kimber Ballenger and one granddaughter on the way, Paisley Ann Bryant; his brother, Jessie Bryant (and Kim) of Columbia; and his father-in-law, Garland Wilson of Liberty.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Saturday, February 22, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating.  Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11:00AM to 1:00PM Saturday, February 22, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.

Randall Wilson, Richard Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Alex Wilson, Brad Gosser and C.J. Bryant will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Wilson, Randy Wilson, and the late Luke Wilson.
