Jackie Lynn Terry

Jackie Lynn Terry, of Liberty, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at his home.  He was 66.

He was born on March 24, 1959, in Liberty, KY to the late Jean and Catherine Hewitt Terry.  Jackie was a farmer and hauled gates for many years. While living in North Carolina, he worked at several factories there. He enjoyed watching a good Western and loved birds and watching the birdfeeders at home. Jackie was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his son, Eric Terry and a daughter, Natasha Terry; his brother, Jimmy Terry of Liberty; his two sisters, Judy McCarson and Donna Woods, both of Liberty; a grandson, Connor Terry; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson, Cody Terry, and a brother, David Wayne Terry.

There will be a memorial gathering from 3:00PM to 5:00PM on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. 

Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
