Irene Shirk Brubacker Obituary

Irene Shirk Brubacker, infant daughter of Titus O. and Selesta Shirk Brubacker, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at the Casey County Hospital. She was 22 days old.

Irene was born at home on March 23, 2022, in Casey County, KY. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her brothers, Melvin, Lavern, and Nathan; sisters, Ellen, Sarah, and Lavina; paternal great-grandmother, Martha Oberholtzer; paternal grandparents, George and Nancy Brubacker; maternal grandparents, Sam and Bertha Shirk; and a host of other family members also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM EST on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the Cedar Hill Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Mennonite Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 18, 2022, from 1-3PM and 5-7PM at the Brubacker home, 794 Matherly Road, Liberty, KY 42539.
