Grady Luttrell

Grady Luttrell, of Dunnville, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025, at his home. He was 88.

Born March 18, 1937, in Russell County, KY, he was a son of the late John and Virgie Ragle Luttrell. Grady was a retired logger. He was a longtime member of the Canaan Valley Separate Baptist Church. Grady loved gardening, buying and selling produce, and his pet dogs. He was a grateful man that enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, never wanting for anything.

Survivors include his sons, William (and Delania) Luttrell and Brandon (and Tiffany) Luttrell; brother, Paul Luttrell; sisters, Rosezella Wright and Wanda Maynard; and grandchildren, Maggie Luttrell (and Matthew Sizemore), Ethan Luttrell, and Brandy Luttrell.

Grady was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mayrene Luttrell, who passed away on July 7, 2009; brothers, Hershel, James, and Ralph Luttrell; and sisters, Ruby and Flossie Luttrell.

Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Monday, June 23, 2025, at Canaan Valley Separate Baptist Church with Bro. Allen Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the South Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 12 Noon until time of services at the Church.

Pallbearers will be Tony Kerr, Robert Luttrell, Matthew Sizemore, Nathaniel Brown, Matthew Noe, and Ethan Luttrell.
