Eugene Lawson

Eugene Lawson, of Windsor, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021, at Liberty Care and Rehab. He was 88.

Born on February 2, 1933, in Casey County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Anderson and Pauline Price Lawson. Eugene served his country in the United States Army. He was a sawmill worker. He enjoyed working crossword puzzles and sewing.

He is survived by a sister, Iola (Kermus) Andrew of Adair County; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Clark; and five brothers, Burl Lawson, Anderson Lawson, Jr., Curtis Lawson, Henry Lawson, and Shelby Lawson.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow in Bowmer Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 22, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
