Dennis J. Tapscott

Dennis J. Tapscott, of Campbellsville, formerly of Columbia, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026, at the Campbellsville Nursing & Rehab Center.  He was 79.

He was born January 6, 1946, in Indianapolis, IN to the late Devers and Jeanne Parsons Tapscott.

Dennis was Catholic by faith.  He loved listing to rock & roll, especially to ACDC and enjoyed listening to Q104.  Dennis loved old, American made cars.

Dennis is survived by his special friends, Jennie Bishop of Campbellsville, Angela Thomason (and Zack) of Green County and Derik Bishop of Campbellsville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.

Burial will take place in the Tapscott Cemetery in Liberty, KY.  Services will be private.
