David "Mac" Herren

David “Mac” Herren, of Liberty, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Jean Waddle Care Center. He was 67.

Born on August 12, 1957, in Clermont County, Ohio, he was a son of the late Wilma Jean Herren Hunt. Mac enjoyed bonfires, family get-togethers, porch sitting, and riding four-wheelers. He loved his family most of all.

He is survived by two sons, Scotty Herren and Troy Herren, both of Franklin, Indiana; grandchildren, Madeline, Amelia, Christopher, Ace, and Abe; great-grandchildren, Hendryx and Oakland; brothers, Frank (Wilda) Snider, James A. McFarland, Jesse (Candy) McFarland, and Chris (Connie) McFarland; and a sister, Carol McFarland.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Hogue officiating. Burial will follow in McKamey-Herren Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
