Danny Ray Hafley

Danny Ray Hafley, of Casey County, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at his residence. He was 65.

Born March 18, 1959, in Garrard Co., KY, he was a son of the late Jess and Elizabeth Wheeler Hafley. Danny was a long-time truck driver and a farmer. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and the outdoors.

Survivors include his wife, Viola Bloodworth Hafley; sons, Jason Hafley, Randy Bloodworth, and Doug Norfleet; daughters, Anna Hafley and Melissa (and Jamie) King; brothers, Jerry (and Jean) Hafley, Robert (and Ada) Hafley, and Wayne (and Betty) Hafley; sister, Betty Medlin; and 4 grandchildren, Lucas, Vanessa, Brayden, and Braxton.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Robert Price; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Hafley; and brothers, Darrell, Gene, Johnny, and Leon Hafley.

Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Monday, August 5, 2024, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Junior Skaggs and Bro. Jess Shoopman officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until 1:00PM on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriner’s Hospital.
