Daniel Norman Reams, Sr.

Daniel Norman Reams, Sr., of Walltown, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at his home. He was 77.

Born on March 15, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was a son of the late Kenneth Reams, Sr. and Ruth Day Reams. Daniel is a United States Marine Corps veteran. He enjoyed golfing, vintage cars, and collecting guns. Daniel loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Lowe Reams, who he wed on March 29, 1966; three sons, Michael Reams, Sr. (and Rebecca) of San Antonio, TX, Daniel Reams, Jr. of Walltown, and Tracy Reams of Walltown; two daughters, Melissa Leitner of Okeechobee, FL and Dana (and Mike) Hartman of Seneca, SC; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and extended family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Reams; three brothers, Michael D. Reams, Sr., Kenneth Reams, Jr., and Tracy D. Reams. Sr.; and two sisters, Mildred Reams and Rhonda Eads.

Cremation rites were honored. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
