Chester "Chuck" Durham

Chester “Chuck” Durham, of Liberty, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was 69.

Born on January 22, 1956, in Casey County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Albert and Dorothy Hendricks Durham. Chuck retired from King Lube as a mechanic. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed truck pulls, going to the lake, car racing, and attending ball games, especially to support the Casey County Rebels.

Chuck is survived by seven children, Tonya Vinyard (and Allen) of Junction City, Tamera Beasley (and George) of Moreland, Keith Durham of Liberty, Aaron Durham (and Kesha) of Rusell Springs, Adam Durham (and Tish) of Liberty, Lavonna Durham (and Lance Lawhorn) of Liberty, and Tyler Durham (and Megan Byrd) of Columbia; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Other survivors include two brothers, Randall Durham (and Brenda) and Stanley Durham, both of Liberty; and three sisters, Aunda Cravens of Waynesburg, Anna Pittman (and James) of Sunbright, TN, and Regina Gilpin of Liberty.

In addition to his parents, Chuck is preceded in death by a sister, Angela Durham.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Haste officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 22, 2025, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
