Cecil Jeffrey Luttrell, of Casey County, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was 64.

Born January 26, 1958, in Cincinnati, OH, he was a son of the late Cecil A. Luttrell and Elfreida Mae Minton Luttrell.

Survivors include his sister, Joyce (and Phillip) Hill of Russell Springs.

Burial will be at 11:00AM EST Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Jennies Chapel Cemetery in Windsor. There will be no visitation.

Arrangements under the care of McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
