Carolyn Kay Stettler Nantz, of Casey County, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at her home. She was 72.
Born October 28, 1951, in Muncie, IN, she was a daughter of the late James and Alberta Pauline Wagner Stettler. Carolyn was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, canning, knitting, quilting, gardening, and being on the computer.
Survivors include her “better half” of 42 years, Jerry Caldwell; brothers, James and Terry Stettler; sisters, Debbie Stettler and Roberta Phillips; half-brother, Melvin Smith; and brothers-in-law, Richard Dewitt, Tony Tallent, Billy Caldwell, Roger Caldwell, and Michael Caldwell.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Alberta Jean Dewitt; and half-brother. Danny Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, September 9, 2024, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Caldwell Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00AM until 1:00PM on Monday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
