Carolyn Faye (Ware) Goforth

Carolyn Faye Ware Goforth, of Calvary Ridge Road in Yosemite, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the UK Hospital in Lexington. She was 65.

Born July 10, 1959, in Casey County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Raphael and Joyce Patton Ware. Carolyn was a homemaker. She was a member of the Valley Oak Baptist Church. Carolyn enjoyed yard sales, auctions, collecting antiques, and spending time with her family at family get togethers.

Survivors include her two children, Joshua Goforth and Leah Goforth; sisters, Donna (and Jimmy) Winebrink and Deborah Ware; three grandchildren, Micaela Goodman, Landon Pendleton, and Alora Beth Muller; and countless nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronnie Ware; and sister, Diana Parton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, October 26, 2024, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Patton officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00PM until time of services on Saturday.
