Brenton Wade Cleary

Brenton Wade Cleary, of Lexington, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at his residence. He was 61.

Born June 26, 1965, in Campbellsville, KY, he was the son of Beatrice A. Akers Cleary and the late Hubert P. Cleary. Brent was a retired Pipefitter Plumber for the Local #452 Union in Lexington, KY. He attended the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. He loved his savior, the Lord Jesus. Brent enjoyed fishing, horse trail riding, and riding his side by side. 

Survivors include his son, whom he loved dearly, Brendon Wade Cleary; mother, Beatrice A. Akers Cleary; brothers, Timothy P. Cleary and Joseph M. Cleary; and sister, Michelle D. Cleary.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Salem Cemetery in Liberty, KY. Services will be officiated by his sister, Michelle D. Cleary. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery.
