Vena Wethington

Vena Wethington of Liberty, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at her home.  She was 75 years of age.

Born April 8, 1942 in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Murrell and Cyrilla Jane Wethington.  Vena was a homemaker and member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.  She loved quilting and reading.  Vena also enjoyed watching red birds.

Survivors include one brother, David (Myrna) Wethington of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Roberta Price and Janet (Ronald) Davis, both of Liberty; one sister-in-law, Nancy Wethington of Cincinnati, Ohio; and fifteen nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bradford Wethington; a sister-in-law, Carol Wethington; and a brother-in-law, Junior Price.

Memorial services are 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 2, 2018 at St. Bernard Catholic Church with Deacon Joe Dant officiating.  Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. 

Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 A.M. Monday at the church.
