Stephanie Rose Johnson

Stephanie Johnson, of Yosemite, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was 35.

Born on April 22, 1983, in Danville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Linda Grider Kidd and the late Stevie W. Kidd. Stephanie was a homemaker. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews, fishing and being outdoors. Stephanie was of the Church of God faith.

She is survived by a daughter, Destiny Renae Johnson of Yosemite; a son, Dylan Lee Johnson of Crab Orchard; her husband, Dennis Johnson; two brothers, Daniel (and Barbie) Kidd of Hart County and Steven Kidd of Liberty; and a significant other, Terry Edelen.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Bailey officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist the family of Ms. Stephanie Johnson with funeral expenses.
