Ronald Clay Clark

October 5, 1944 ~ February 3, 2018 (age 73)

Ronald Clay Clark, of Liberty, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was 73.

Born on October 5, 1944, in Casey County, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Arnold Clay and Jessie B Tarter Clark. Ronald was a hardworking drywaller. He loved his family and friends greatly. Ronald was previously a resident of Canada.

Survivors include his loving daughter, Jessica (Robert) Clark of Canada; a grandson, Dylan Clark of Canada; the mother of their child, Virginia deSoto of Canada; three sisters, Carol (Larry) Lane of Hustonville, Glenda Prosser of Moreland and Linda Clark of Moreland; and two brothers, Donald (Agatha) Clark of Liberty and Gerald (Deborah) Clark of Liberty. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by a sister, Louise Clark; and a brother, David Murrell Clark.

The funeral service will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Don Clark officiating. Cremation rites will follow.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions of sympathy may be made to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist the family of Mr. Clark with funeral expenses.
