Glatha Bowmer

Glatha Bowmer of West Chester, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018, at Doverwood Village Nursing Home in West Chester.  She was 94 years of age.

Born August 23, 1924, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Shaw Bowmer.  Glatha was a homemaker and previously attended Thomas Ridge Christian Church.  She loved listening to bluegrass gospel music. Glatha enjoyed helping people and loved everyone.

Glatha is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Glatha was preceded in death by one brother, Willie Clyde Bowmer; and five sisters, Ethel Baxter, Avis Kireta, Marie Roy, Catherine Porter, and Ruby Hammonds.

Funeral services are 12:00 P.M. Monday, December 17, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery. 

Visitation will be held 11:30 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Monday, at the funeral home.
